The acceptance of any order is on the understanding that the purchaser agrees to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Pricing and Purchase Orders

Prices shown are subject to alteration without prior notification.

All goods will be invoiced at the price ruling at date of despatch.

Orders are subject to availability. CleanSafe Ltd will not be held accountable for any penalties incurred by their customers due to any products not being supplied or delivered on time.

All purchase orders received are taken as binding contracts between the seller and the buyer. In the event of cancellation a cancellation fee will apply along with a disposal fee if required. The value of these fees will be determined by CleanSafe Ltd based upon a number of factors which include but are not limited to the purchase order value, cost of disposal, cost of reclamation, storage and transport costs.

CleanSafe Ltd may agree to special pricing based upon MOQ’s or MOV’s. In the event that any of these criteria are not met then CleanSafe Ltd reserve the right to either cancel the existing purchase order/s or charge the normal price according to CleanSafe Ltd Price List.

Where CleanSafe Ltd offer an own branding service, all products, packaging setup and tooling costs and any transportation costs that have been incurred as a result of a purchase order from the Buyer will be paid for by the Buyer even in the event of a purchase order cancellation.


Products
CleanSafe Ltd reserves the right to make or change any alterations in products shown in our catalogue, should we consider it appropriate.


Pictures
All products and pictures are correct at time of upload, they are subject to colour variation without prior notification due to Import & Manufacturing tolerances, However this in no way infringes on the product specification.


Delivery
All products ordered will be placed onto a standard 2-3 working day delivery service, unless the delivery option specified has been Next Working Day (Orders must be placed before 11:00 to ensure next working day is achieved). It is also subject to availability at time of ordering, which can delay your order.

Shortages, Damages, Faulty Goods and Claims
All shortages, damages or faulty goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery/collection. Failure to comply will result in orders considered as complete and accepted by the customer. All deliveries must be checked and signed for at time of delivery; signing carrier’s delivery note “unchecked” or similar will not be acceptable.

If goods are returned for reasons including incorrectly ordered then a handling fee of 20% will be made including any carriage cost incurred. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

In accordance with Transport Regulations, claims for loss, damage or shortage must be made in writing within five days of receipt of goods. Non-arrival of goods should be notified in writing within fourteen working days of invoice date.

Retention of Title

All goods supplied by CleanSafe Ltd will not become the property of the purchaser until the invoice for any such goods has been paid in full. Until such times the purchaser remains the holder of the goods only and not the lawful owner. CleanSafe Ltd reserve the right to enter any premises for the purpose of reclaiming goods held by the purchaser that have not been paid for in full.
